Never Have a Bad Hair Day

The health of your hair depends on how well your blood is circulating, and what it is circulating. So it is very important what you eat. Also, the nutrients in the blood reach your hair last, after giving the rest of the body what it needs. So you need to eat adequate amounts of food containing the required vitamins and minerals. Here are a few reasons for hair loss and ways to tackle them. Do remember however, that these are applicable to women only, as balding in men is a different issue altogether.
