Three Basic Skin Care Techniques For Teenagers

Most teens are known to be extremely conscious about their skin and appearance. Sadly this is an age when there is an onset of puberty and resultantly often the skin is more prone to acne and blemishes. This often demotivates teens and makes them feel inferior.

In order to combat these issues it is detrimental to follow a proper Skin Care routine which involves the basic cleaning, toning and moisturizing techniques. At times the teen may need to opt for additional spot treatment as well.

Here we share some details about the three simple steps to get a healthy and glowing skin.

1.    Cleansing : Cleansing your face at regular intervals is very important. This will not allow the dirt and grime to collect. It will also clear the face of the excessive oil. But while cleansing, remember to use a cleanser which includes a substantial amount of amino acids as they enhance the reproduction of new cells and also make your skin more moist and supple. If you are always on the move then it is handy to carry clearing towelettes which will help you to have a radiating skin even while outdoors.

2.    Moisturize : The teen years are marked by drastic changes in the hormones and hence it is ideal to use a moisturizer which is oil free.

3.    Spot Cures : Control the urge to squeeze the pimple as it will only spread the infection. Rather use an anti blemish cream or product which will reduce the inflammation and also get rid of the spots.
